Tour Educativo Certificado a laboratorios JeuDerm® Corea del Sur

Viaje Educativo al Laboratorio JeuDerm en Corea del Sur, Octubre de 2024

 Objetivo:

El viaje tiene como finalidad ofrecer una experiencia educativa inmersiva en Corea del Sur, enfocada en los últimos avances en dermatología y tecnología del cuidado de la piel en el Laboratorio JeuDerm. Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad única de formarse junto a los científicos que han desarrollado tecnologías pioneras como la “Free Needle Technology” y 5-ALA, y recibirán formación directamente de las CEO de JeuDerm Yuversity® y JeuDerm®. 

Al finalizar, se otorgará una certificación oficial. Además, los asistentes explorarán importantes sitios culturales de Corea del Sur.

Itinerario Detallado:

Día 1: Llegada y Registro

• Mañana: Llegada al Aeropuerto Internacional de Incheon y traslado al Hotel ONOMA***** en Daejeon.
• Noche:  Descanso. 

Día 2: Sede y Laboratorios de JeuDerm®

• Mañana: Desayuno en el hotel y salida hacia la sede de JeuDerm® en Daejeon.
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Tour guiado por el laboratorio central de JeuDerm®.
• 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Almuerzo con BBQ coreano.
• 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Sesión de té y networking.
• 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Visita al laboratorio de I+D, con demostración de la síntesis de péptidos y últimas tecnologías.
• 5:20 PM - 6:20 PM: Visita a un templo coreano tradicional.
• Noche: Cena de mariscos coreanos y regreso al hotel en bus.

Día 3: Seminarios y Cena de Gala

• Mañana: Desayuno en el hotel.
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Seminario en la sala de conferencias del Hotel ONOMA.
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Almuerzo en el hotel.
• 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Sesiones de seminario continuadas.
• Noche: Cena de gala en el restaurante del hotel. Código de vestimenta: Traje de noche.

Día 4: Tours Culturales en Seúl

• Mañana: Desayuno en el hotel y salida hacia Seúl.
• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Tour por el Palacio Gyeongbokgung y la Aldea Hanok de Bukchon.
• 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Exploración de Insa-dong Ssamji-gil.
• Noche: Cena y registro en el Hotel Kensington.

Día 5 y 6: Exploración y Salida

• Día 5:Mañana: Desayuno en el hotel. Visita a la Torre Lotte y almuerzo junto al Lago Seokchon. Tarde: Tiempo libre para compras en el Mall Coex. Regreso al hotel. 
• Día 6:7:00 AM: Check-out. 8:00 AM: Desayuno en el hotel. 10:00 AM: Traslado al aeropuerto. 

Notas Adicionales:

• Se requiere que todos los participantes gestionen su propio seguro de viaje.
• Se proporcionará transporte entre las ubicaciones en Corea del Sur, excepto para el traslado al aeropuerto el último día; hay una parada de autobús frente al hotel que lleva directamente al aeropuerto (1 hora de viaje, coste de 4€).
• Todos los participantes deben estar preparados para una cantidad moderada de caminata durante los tours y deben llevar calzado cómodo.
• Cualquier restricción dietética debe ser comunicada a los organizadores con antelación para adecuar las comidas.

Este programa busca combinar el desarrollo profesional en dermatología con la inmersión cultural, asegurando un entendimiento amplio tanto del contexto científico como cultural en Corea del Sur.

 Educational Trip to JeuDerm Laboratory in South Korea, October 2024 

Objective:

The purpose of this trip is to provide an immersive educational experience in South Korea, focused on the latest advancements in dermatology and skin care technology at the JeuDerm Laboratory. Participants will have the unique opportunity to train alongside scientists who have developed pioneering technologies such as "Free Needle Technology" and 5-ALA, and will receive training directly from the CEOs of JeuDerm® and JeuDerm Yuversity®. Upon completion, an official certification will be awarded. Additionally, attendees will explore important cultural sites in South Korea.

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival and Check-in

• Morning: Arrival at Incheon International Airport and transfer to the Hotel ONOMA***** in Daejeon.
• Evening: Resting. 

Day 2: JeuDerm® Headquarters and Laboratories

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and departure to JeuDerm® headquarters in Daejeon.
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Guided tour of JeuDerm®'s central laboratory.
• 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch featuring Korean BBQ.
• 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Tea and networking session.
• 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Visit to the R&D laboratory, with demonstrations of peptide synthesis and latest technologies.
• 5:20 PM - 6:20 PM: Visit to a traditional Korean temple.
• Evening: Dinner of Korean seafood and return to the hotel by bus.

Day 3: Seminars and Gala Dinner

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Seminar in the conference room of Hotel ONOMA.
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch at the hotel.
• 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Continued seminar sessions.
• Evening: Gala dinner at the hotel restaurant. Dress code: Evening attire.

Day 4: Cultural Tours in Seoul

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Seoul.
• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village.
• 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Exploration of Insa-dong Ssamji-gil.
• Evening: Dinner and check-in at the Hotel Kensington.

Day 5 and 6: Exploration and Departure

• Day 5:Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to Lotte Tower and a relaxing lunch by Seokchon Lake. Afternoon: Free time for shopping at Coex Mall. Return to the hotel. 
• Day 6:7:00 AM: Check-out. 8:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel. 10:00 AM: Transfer to the airport. 

Additional Notes:

• All participants are required to arrange their own travel insurance.
• Transportation will be provided between locations in South Korea, except for the transfer to the airport on the last day; there is a bus stop in front of the hotel that goes directly to the airport (1-hour journey, cost of €4).
• All participants should be prepared for a moderate amount of walking during the tours and should bring comfortable footwear.
• Any dietary restrictions should be communicated to the organizers in advance to accommodate during meals.

This program aims to combine professional development in dermatology with cultural immersion, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both the scientific and cultural context in South Korea.
